What You'll Do:
As a Property Scout you'll identify high quality, early stage properties, properties in need of renovation, and land plots in development for our platform. You will then forge partnerships with developers to help lock in favorable rates for our investors.
Key Duties:
- Identify early stage real estate opportunities, residential, hospitality, and land plots.
- Identify and build relationships with property and land developers as well as owners.
- Validate and assess quality of development projects which includes
- Gathering information.
- Taking photos and videos.
- Preparing detailed reports.
Requirements:
- 1+ year experience in real estate, law,
- A strong understanding of the local real estate landscape.
- Experienced researcher and real estate analyst.
Preferred:
- Strong business development and communication skills.
- Strong integrity and attention to details.
- A self-starter mentality with ability to work fully remote.
- Willing to travel with the country.
- Willingness to learn.
- A driver's license and personal car willingness to visit sites is preferred.
Compensation:
- To be determined, depending on the level of experience and contribution.
